SMS Terms & Conditions

Text messaging, spelled out.

We text people in two situations: when you book a call with us and ask for appointment texts, and when you call our business number and we cannot pick up. These are the terms of that program, in plain language, the same way we write everything else.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

The short version. We only text people who asked us to, or who called us first. Tick the optional box when you book a call and you get texts about that appointment. Call us and we miss it, and you get one text saying so. Reply STOP at any time and it ends. No marketing lists, no promotional blasts, and your number is never sold or shared.

The program

This page covers the Deployed AI Group text messaging program, which has two parts.

Appointment texts. When you book a call at deployedaigroup.com/book, the form has an optional box that reads "Yes, text me about my appointment at this number." It is unticked until you tick it. If you tick it, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about that call, at the number you entered on the form.

Missed-call text-back. When you call our business number and we cannot answer, our system sends you one text message from that same number letting you know we missed you and inviting you to reply. If you reply, a real person answers your questions by text in that same conversation.

That is the entire program: customer care between you and us, started by your booking or your call. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number, we do not text people who have not booked with us or contacted us first, and no third party sends messages through it.

How you opt in

There are exactly two ways into this program. We buy no lists and import no numbers from anywhere.

1. Ticking the box on the booking page

On deployedaigroup.com/book, under the phone field, there is a checkbox labeled "Yes, text me about my appointment at this number (optional)". It is never pre-selected, it is not required, and you can book a call without touching it. Ticking it is your consent to appointment texts for that booking, and we store that choice with the booking record, along with the time and the internet address it came from. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.

2. Calling our business number

Placing a voice call to our business number is the opt-in for the missed-call text-back. The only first message you will ever receive on this path is the one acknowledging the call we just missed from you, and that disclosure is displayed next to the phone number on our home page.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. For appointment texts it is typically 2 to 4 messages per booking: a confirmation, a reminder or two, and a follow-up. For a missed call it is typically one message, plus our replies to whatever you send back. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier according to your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are opted out, and nothing further. Opting out costs nothing and never affects anything else about working with us, including any appointment you have booked. If you tick the box on a later booking, or call us again some day, that is a new consent you are choosing to give.

Help

Reply HELP to any message and we will send you other ways to reach us. You can also email hello@deployedaigroup.com at any time.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or any information gathered through text messaging with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The messages pass through Twilio, which carries them for us, and your mobile carrier, which delivers them. What we store and why is covered in our privacy policy, in the sections called "When you book a call" and "When you call us and we miss it."

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Anything material gets called out rather than quietly edited in.
