Project 0001 · Our own site
We ran the review on ourselves first.
deployedaigroup.com · Full review, fixes, and a second review · August 2026
Before we reviewed a single client site we ran the whole review on our own, on the same seven point scorecard, with no grading on a curve. It found real problems: an unsecured way in, 43 buttons and links that went nowhere, no menu on a phone, text too faint to read, and a website that looked like two different companies depending on which page you landed on. All of it is fixed, and the site was measured again from scratch afterward.
Before | After
The honest score history
75 when we first scored it, August 7. Our first round of fixes brought it to 88. Then we rebuilt our review tools to measure more of the site, and the stricter scorecard graded the same site 84. We fixed everything the deeper review found, published this page, and today it stands at 96. Every number in that chain is published on purpose: a score that only moves up in one giant leap is a score you should question.
What is still keeping us from 100:
- The last clarity points require a case study about a client's results, written with their permission. Our first client projects are in build above, so this fills in soon.
- Several search points require public business listings we have not created yet, and AI assistants still mix our name up with other companies. That work is queued.
- The final speed point is a traffic threshold Google applies automatically. It is not something anyone can fix with code.
When these change, this page changes, and the dates will say when.

How we found it
It looked finished. Underneath, a visitor would have hit several dead ends.
- People could land on an unsecured copy of the address, the kind browsers put a warning on
- 43 buttons and links across our 15 sample sites looked live and went nowhere
- No menu at all on a phone, so most of the site was unreachable
- 17 places where the text was too faint to read comfortably
- Two different looks on one website, and the gallery page had no way back
- No privacy page, on a site that runs a chat assistant
- Security scored 44 out of 100
How we left it
The homepage barely changed, and that is the point. The work was underneath it, and every item was measured again afterward rather than assumed.
- Every visit runs on the secure address. Encryption graded A+ by Qualys SSL Labs.
- All 43 dead buttons and links repaired, and a full inventory of every public page checked 239 links and references: zero broken, zero dead ends
- A real menu on a phone, and a main button that still works if a browser blocks scripts
- Every piece of text on the public pages measured against the readability standard, zero failures
- One design across the whole site, with the same header and footer on every page
- A plain language privacy page saying exactly what the chat stores and who else is involved
- Security 44 to 97 out of 100. Accessibility 80 to 98. Overall site score 75 to 96.
- A test inquiry sent through the site reached the owner's inbox in about 4 seconds
- Speed never needed rescuing: 100 out of 100 on Google's test, phone and desktop, before the work and again after it
- As of August 8, 2026, a search for the business name returned the site on both Google and Bing
What is queued next
A site is rarely finished at launch. When an owner comes back and adds something, it becomes a third panel here with its own picture and its own short description.
- Queued for our own site: a client portal with a plain language visitor report, so the numbers answer business questions instead of showing a dashboard
- Things owners commonly add later: online booking, an admin screen, an inventory or availability list, taking payments, an AI assistant
- Status: not built. Nothing on this page is described as done until it is running.
Scores come from our own seven point website review, each area scored 0 to 100 and rolled into one number. They are directional and exist to show movement, not to claim precision. We promise no search rankings and no revenue outcomes.
