Flat fees. No lock-in. No surprises.
You've seen the style gallery. Here's the rest: how a site actually gets built, what it costs, and why this works differently than the website builders that charge you forever. The care plan here is optional, and the site stays yours either way.
From "that's it" to launched, in four steps
Pick a feel
Browse the gallery, click around, and tell me which sample feels right, or mix and match. That one conversation replaces weeks of design back-and-forth.
One real conversation
About 30 minutes on your business: what customers ask, what makes you different, what the site needs to do. I write the copy from your answers.
Built in days
You get a private live link, a real working site rather than a mockup, and I revise until you say "that's it" again. Most one-pagers: about a week, start to finish.
Launch, and you own it
Your domain, your files, hosting set up and managed for you. Hosting for sites like these typically costs $0/month. If we part ways someday, everything goes with you, including the hosting account, intact.
Every engagement starts with an audit
Before anyone talks about building anything, find out what your site is doing today. I install nothing on your site, I need no logins to your accounts, and every finding arrives with the evidence behind it.

Add-ons, priced like everything else: flat and honest
Two rules that never change: every account (email, booking, payments, AI) is created in your name, so you can fire me anytime and keep it all, and every ongoing cost is on this page rather than discovered on an invoice.
Coming soon: five tools, proven on my own business first
I do not sell a tool I have not run on my own line and my own site. These five are in build and testing right now. None of them is available yet. Each one goes live on this page, with a price, the day it has earned its spot. The first one already did: review requests are now part of Care+, above.
Missed-call text-back
You miss a call, the caller instantly gets a text back from your business number, and the conversation stays alive instead of walking to a competitor.
AI reply drafts for your reviews
New Google reviews arrive with a reply drafted in your voice, ready for your approval before anything posts. Review requests, the other half of this, are already live as part of Care+ above.
AI voice receptionist
An assistant that answers your phone after hours, handles real questions about your business, and books the appointment. You get the transcript.
Month-over-month trend reports
The plain-English monthly report grows a memory: how this month compares to last, what changed, and what is worth doing about it.
Listings & photo manager
Your business facts and photos (name, hours, phone, pictures) kept accurate and in sync everywhere customers and AI assistants look you up: Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and your own site. Change something once and it updates everywhere.
Website builders vs. this
What clients say
My first client builds are in flight. As they launch, honest client words land here: unedited, published with permission, and linked to the live sites.
Asked and answered
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. Completely. Domain registered to you, files delivered, hosting set up and managed for you in an account created for your business. If you ever leave, that account goes with you, intact. I keep zero hostages.
What does hosting really cost?
Sites like these run on modern edge hosting that's free at this scale. You pay for your domain (about $10 to $15 a year). That's typically it.
I already have a Wix/Squarespace site.
I rebuild it cleaner and faster, point your domain at the new one, and you cancel the subscription. Most rebuilds pay for themselves in under two years of canceled fees.
What if I need changes later?
Small edits are quick one-off jobs, or the Care plan covers them monthly. Either way it's days, not support tickets.
Ready when you are.
Most of my clients come by referral, so if someone sent you this link, the fastest path is to reply to them. Or reach me directly and mention which gallery style caught your eye.
